Starla's Candle Making Best Picks

My pick of the best places on the web to go to for candle, crafts, instructions and some fine "mom and pop" wholesale shops. In no way do I receive any money for the links, nor am I advertising for others. It is strictly what I like.

No matter how you cut the candle, Christmas was good for this small moms shop.

There are three of us moms, creating primitive candles looked like Santa's elves the way we scurried around our small shop. We poured, molded, topped, and waxed bears until I thought we would drop! I think I saw a tear fall from the other girls eyes too.

With Christmas day arriving tomorrow, I just wanted to say thank you to all our customers, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The Gory Candle Company has candles that look like they came fresh from a local bakery. Looking good enough to........well, eat, of course!

With their home grown country appeal, even their web site is down home
user friendly. The site's graphics and photos of candles lets the candle
lover know they have come to the right place.

As a long time candle maker, I can tell by looking at the photos, that these people know what they are doing with wax.

The bakery candles are flawless. The realistic look of their cinnamon buns, drizzles with white icing, will cause weight gain with one look The blueberry and cranberry muffins will have you running for a cup of coffee! You really get a feel for country cookin with their homemade Bread Loaf candles.

If you are looking for candles with a twist of a homestyle bakery, they you really need to see this web site.

I really loved what they did. Gave me a few ideas I want to try myself. I tip my measuring cup to you, Glory Candle

I am not sure if I have said this before, but if you are looking for new, fun, innovating ideas, look to eBay. I have found the craft section and home decor section is on the cutting edge of crafting. Seems as if this is where the creative genius lies.

Searching the web today, I found a new candle site called Cachet Candle Company. This company carries scented soy candles. They say their candles have attitude, that is cute, I like the saying.

Their site is easy to navigate for a beginner.

They don't use paypal, which I prefer to use, but the checkout is speedy without to much trouble.

What I like about this site is it is a home based business run by Nita Beckman out of Parker, Colorado. This is a huge plus in my book, as it seems you always get better service from a home based business. They care more about their customer's needs.

Just wanted to let you know about this new homebased candle shop.
